Boy did we have fun in LA!
We brought our food to an urban concert right in the heart of LA and
it was just electrifying to be around the Maslow family!
Here is our true “pilot”
Valerie, you brought love, honor, and pleasure to your family
and friends!
It’s OK to rest once in a while! Enjoy!
Well, Valerie, you certainly did not rest when we were visiting you!
Cooking and keeping in touch with everyone and things was just a part of
your routine day!
Were were constantly on the move. Now it is your turn to show us a
fancy LA supermarket and place to buy fine cutlery
Ah, yes, those great breakfasts!
Malcolm and Ann introduced Valerie to the Huntington Botanical gardens
and it was a beautiful day, one which I shall never forget.
Here Valerie meets Dr. Jim Folsom, Director who is showing her some
of Malcolm’s giant cells which will be used in the educational exhibit
at the gardens.
Val also met the Garden’s chief landscape designer
Playing around in the Garden! No, it is not raining, Valerie!
Valerie is just hugging up Ann while we stopped to get a bite to eat
at the Huntington Gardens
Valerie, you mean so much to Ann and me! We will always be your friends.
We love you!
With love and great admiration and understanding-
Your true friends
Forever,
Ann and Malcolm

Epilogue
I have asked the Maslow family for the name of a charity that you may
wish to donate in Valerie's memory. They have suggested the LOS
ANGELES FREE CLINIC, an organization that Valerie devoted much of her
time to in order to provide the uninsured and underprivileged with the
medical care that they deserve. Click on the underlined to learn more about
their programs and how to donate.
