R. Malcolm Brown's Garden Tour Image Number 13 This view from the top of our deck is toward the southwest. As you can see, quite a lot of development has taken place in West Lake Hills. This valley is called Yaupan Valley. After a rain, the frogs start their orchestra in the valley floor and from the ridge, the sounds are tremendous! Also, this view is the sunset capital of Texas (even better than the Oasis on Lake Travis).
