On January 6, 2001, Tetsuo
Kondo and his family and Ann and I drove to the town of Fuji which is west
of Mount Fuji. From there, we found this extremely beautiful lake at the
base of Mount Fuji and not known by many. This is Tanuki-ko Lake.
Certainly it is not the most famous view of Fuji; however, on this day
the sunlight was absolutely perfect! What you will see below are some magnificent
photos of Mount Fuji. They were taken with my Olympus C-2000z Digital camera
using intermediate mode of resolution. These are large photos but they
are well worth the download. The panoramas were made by "Quickstitch" which,
unfortunately is no longer available (http://www.fpvideo.com/enroute_stills.html).
Nevertheless, you can enjoy these photos, but remember, they are copyrighted.
You may download a single photo to your computer, but you cannot print
